Outley House-more commonly refered by residents as the Outhouse is currently home to 200 men with
an array of social problems-including nuts,gay,stupid,crackheads-smoking in the toilets and other assorted weirdoes-society dosen't want. These problems are addressed through supportive
counseling-yeah right by chicken brained Mister Brown , case management services and referrals to appropriate
community-based resources. Outley House offers daily Community Meetings, Life
Skills and various programs through outside agencies.
